The Brief:
PwC Canada had a goal to support a better onboarding experience for new hires. To reach this goal, PwC engaged The Anti to implement a suitable technology solution that would improve the employee onboarding experience by creating an automated and personalized journey for new hires by providing them with relevant and timely information from the time they accept an offer and leading up to their first day and beyond.
What We Did:
Improve the employee onboarding experience by creating an automated and personalized journey for new hires while providing them with relevant and timely information from when they accept an offer, leading up to their first day and beyond. To do this, we implemented ServiceNow HRSD and Employee Center Pro. This 18-month project included 13 Lifecycle Events, 1 Custom Application, 7 Integrations, and much more.
Results:
PwC Canada has unlocked a platform that will revolutionize its employee experience. New hires are now greeted with a custom portal that personalizes their journey and provides them with crucial information. This portal provides the opportunity for immediate employee satisfaction and readiness. The journey begins at the time of an accepted offer, resulting in well-used resources and enhanced efficiency as the onboarding cycle moves from initial start to final completion.
