CalSTRS Consolidates Workspace with WSD

The Brief:

The California State Teacher's Retirement System provides retirement, disability and survivor benefits for California's 965,000 pre-kindergarten through community college education and their families. CalSTRS sought to maintain compliance with hybrid working environments by engaging ServiceNow.

What We Did:

The Anti implemented Workplace Service Delivery with the following four components: Reservation Management, Space Management, Indoor Mapping, and Wayfinding. Additionally, the deployment of WSD facilitated the opening of a new headquarters for CalSTRS.

Results:

CalSTRS was able to consolidate from 4 to 2 buildings with the 2,200 employees engaged in their new system.
