If a genie were to grant you three wishes, what would you wish for?

For me personally, my wish would be to add additional hours to the day. In this current era, we are multitasking on many different levels which is a great thing. However, we all know what happens when we spread ourselves too thin - quality diminishes. This, for me personally, also brings an increase in stress and anxiety.

When I spread myself too thin, I look to the professionals in their respective trades. There are some tasks or projects that I am capable of delivering, albeit at a much slower pace, and of less quality potentially than the true professionals. By leaning on the professionals to do what they do best, I can not only free up time on my calendar, but I also gain the ability to free up some mental space. In turn, I can be more focused on the tasks that I personally need to take care of (or in my mind, focus on training for my next Ironman race).

This reasoning and rationale was a key driver for us at The Anti when we were developing our Advisory and Managed Services (AMS) practice.
