Over three years ago, I was introduced to an amazing system called ServiceNow. ServiceNow is working to improve the way companies do business whether it be IT, Customer Service, or HR. I immediately fell in love with the system and its capabilities. After I received my certification in ServiceNow System Administration, I knew I wanted to learn and do more in the system. After working for The Walt Disney Company for 18 years, they were unable to offer me more growth and development than what they currently were, so I began to put out feelers. Shortly after, I received an email from a VP whose desk my resume had crossed. I was shocked that a VP wanted to talk to me! We set up a phone call where I learned he was with a new startup company called The Anti.
The Anti is a ServiceNow Partner working to improve the worker and customer experience, and they wanted me to come aboard and join the revolution! While the thought of leaving the safety and comfort of Disney was very scary, I knew this was something I needed to do. I love adventure and trying new things. I was ready for a change, so I took the leap and have never looked back. At the Anti, we are working with companies to organize and structure their HR processes to improve upon the employee experience.
