This time last year, I was nursing what remained of my frazzled soul after a transformative yet grueling year of Federal Contracting. I love consulting. I love working in IT. The opportunity to specialize in ServiceNow over the last four years of my career was the jumping point into technology implementations, and consulting has given me a challenging space to hone my project management, training, and technical skills to make me the well-rounded “swiss army knife” (to steal a phrase from our fearless leader and CEO, Wayne Chattaway) that I am today.

Yes ahead of any business plans, I wanted to define first what our culture would be.
